That any images, audio and video embedded inside the themes you post belong to you or are redistributable as free and will not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
That you must provide a demo link and host the theme in your site.
That you must provide a brief description of the theme, a link to your site and place it in the proper category.
That you must upload a jpg, gif or png screenshot of your theme, this will be automatically resized to 125x125 pixels. Screenshot must be less than 1MB.

$59.95 isn’t the same as free.
Just implemented this theme with slight modifications at http://www.crossfithuntsville.com. Had the old free version. Without support I had to modify the theme a bit to get the picture bar at the bottom of the theme to work.
